About Kostiantyn Tyshchenko

Business Process Specialist focused on end-to-end operational processes, product launches, and workflow optimization in complex, fast-moving environments.I work across the full lifecycle of operational processes — from identifying gaps and defining desired outcomes to designing and implementing practical solutions within existing systems. Rather than waiting for tasks to be assigned, I focus on understanding the underlying problem, aligning stakeholders, and proposing improvements that drive measurable results. My work includes integrating new products into established operational frameworks, ensuring process readiness, internal alignment, and a consistent user experience. I analyze both internal and customer-facing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement structured improvements that make operations more scalable and resilient.I also translate product, regulatory, and market changes into clear operational procedures, documentation, and knowledge resources for Customer Support and operational teams. While tools evolve quickly, my focus remains on understanding the broader operational system and the processes that drive outcomes, allowing me to adapt quickly and leverage modern tools, including AI-assisted analysis.Core expertise• End-to-end operational process ownership• Product launch integration within existing systems• Internal & customer-facing workflow optimization• Process design, SOP development & knowledge management• Cross-functional alignment and operational scalabilityI focus on building processes that are clear, scalable, and resilient.
