About Kosuke Haketa

Since 2016 July, I joined Hyakusen-Renma Inc, Japanese startup of P2P vacation rental matching platform operator, the most popular player among this business is Airbnb. My responsibility is the real operation management of properties, operating them on behalf of the property owners nationwide in Japan. The focal points of the responsibility are inbound marketing experties, revenue management, operation optimization, vendor management and quality control, implementation of IoT services which may improve the operational efficiency. From January 2013 to 2016 June, I worked at Yamato Asia Pte Ltd, as Manager of Regional Head Quater.(Yamato Asia is a 100% subsidiary of Yamato Holdings, TSE code : 9064). My responsibility was corporate strategy and business planning of Southeast Asia countries. Key activities are urban logistics business development in Singapore and Indonesia, partnership structuring in Indonesia and Thailand including M&A of local companies, planning if training programme for subsidiary MDs and the establishment of RHQ function itself. I joined Yamato Transport Co, Ltd in 2006. I worked at one of regional branch as initial training for Yamato's business. From 2008 to 2010, I worked at IT development department in HQ of Yamato Transport, I was in charge of the development of several operational or HR IT system. From 2010 October to 2012 December, I have been working in Global Business Development department in Yamato Transport and Yamato Holdings, studying Thailand's market. Key concept is the export of the business model “TA-Q-BIN”, which is door to door parcel delivery business.
