I am a finance and business development professional with extensive experience in FP & A, M&A, and AI-driven initiatives, primarily in the chemical sectors.My background includes financial modeling, corporate finance, investment analysis, and post-merger integration (PMI), as well as establishing and managing overseas subsidiaries. I began my career at Nippon Soda Co, Ltd, where I developed a solid foundation in finance, budgeting, standard costing, and business planning. I also gained hands-on exposure to sales and production management. This experience honed my ability to work cross-functionally—from manufacturing to logistics—and to enhance operations by transitioning from Excel-driven solutions to more advanced systems. After Nippon Soda, I joined DIC Corporation, where I spearheaded BS/CF analysis, foreign exchange operations, and global payment rollouts. This role honed my skills in coordinating global teams, adapting to diverse regulatory environments, and handling multi-currency transactions.
