I have an MBA in Health Care Administration and Management, and I am certified in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). My core competencies include leading and coordinating the safety aspects of clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, managing customer deliverables and expectations, performing quality assurance and audits, resolving queries and issues, and training and mentoring team members. I am passionate about improving the safety and efficacy of new treatments and therapies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for patients and clients.
