My education in Business/Commerce and Counseling Psychology underpins my innovative approach to mental wellness, emphasizing collaborative strategies that foster resilience in the community. Previously, the experience as a Community Engagement Planner at Cariboo Chilcotin Child Development Centre and a Marketing, Recruitment & Events Coordinator at Thompson Rivers University has enriched my counseling proficiency. We leveraged community strengths to support mental health, utilizing my counseling skills in real-world applications to make a tangible impact.
