Background
About Kourtney Williams
I lead client success and growth at Sustainable Investment Group (SIG), helping ownership and AEC teams turn compliance into performance. I start with LL87 audits and RCx to find money fast, then build a practical LL97 plan that moves B→A performance, cuts OpEx, protects NOI, and supports stronger leasing and asset value. I also support LL84/benchmarking, LEED, ENERGY STAR, WELL, Fitwel, plus ESG and CIS reporting, often aligned with NYSERDA, utility, and IRA incentives. What I’m known for - Consultative relationships and clear follow-through - Translating complex regulations into step-by-step action and budgets - Incentive navigation and payback modeling that accelerate projects - Cross-team coordination from facilities to finance to leasing Core strengths - Consultative sales & business development; client success management - Energy compliance & decarbonization strategy - Stakeholder engagement; regulatory navigation; solution selling If you’re looking to meet evolving energy requirements while maximizing financial and operational benefits, let’s connect.
