Spearheaded the team for the award-winning IT solution for the customers in healthcare industry. Achievements 1. Involved in contract preparation, evaluation, negotiation, award paper preparation and approval and award of the multi-million dollar National pharmacy project in the Healthcare sector. Led design, development and roll-out of scalable Integrated Pharmacy System (iPharm) for clients in Healthcare Sector. Led the iPharm development team for the system which bagged 2nd Runner-up award in the “National Infocomm Awards 2016” for the Most Innovative Use of Infocomm Technology (Public Sector). The IT solution was developed for IMH and NHGPh in iPharm to support the Medication Packing Engine (MPE). For NHGPh, it reduced the packing turnaround time by 50% and dispensing near misses by 40%. For IMH, pharmacy staff saved 93% reduction in time spent on the manual billing of patients and nurses spend 35% less time during medication administration, enabling them to spend more time on other patient-care activities.
