I’m a technology leader with a background in both project and product management, currently managing a diverse portfolio of IT initiatives at a major university. I specialize in turning strategic ideas into real, scalable solutions that improve operations, user experience, and long-term value. My work spans enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, CRM tools, student systems, contact centers, and AI solutions. I’ve led high-impact projects, from ERP upgrades and data platform rollouts to large-scale system migrations and guided the development of user-centered products across campus.A big part of my focus lately has been on integrating artificial intelligence to improve workflows and support innovation. I’ve introduced tools like Google Gemini, Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT into university operations and earned certifications in AI Product Management and Machine Learning from Duke University. I worked closely with developers to build our own Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) AI chatbot to help answer IT-related customer questions. I also serve on our IT leadership team and AI Stewardship Group, helping shape how we adopt AI responsibly and effectively across departments. At the core, I’m passionate about solving problems that matter, collaborating across teams, and bringing clarity and momentum to complex initiatives.
