Call me KR I'm a procurement professional with extensive SaaS and Market Research experience. Some buzzy words - I am forward-thinking and action-oriented. I have a proven ability to design and facilitate new processes that lead to major business improvements. With a track record of developing and managing strong relationships with both internal and external individuals, teams and partners, I am a believer in mutuality. I have both built and inherited teams. As a people leader I focus on skillset building and exploration, psychological safety, open discourse, coaching, and transparency. These days, I spend my time consulting with customers on best practices, process and policy, scalability, and our offerings. I am also the host of our The Buy Side podcast. I enjoy attending conferences and events and discussing all things procurement and SaaS.
