About Kraig Wyant

I started my working career as a general labor on our family farm (wyant farms). I did general dairy farm work from milking, manure removal, cut,rake, bale hay, disc, plant and pivot/water management. I then moved on to college to study manufacturing while still working on the family farm part time. I graduated from Ferris State university and began my career in manufacturing as a general G&M code CNC programmer with minor part set up. After mastering that trade I moved into the engineering department working with the floor supervisors and sales team on new part set up. Once the big stock market crash and the Big 3 automotive industry down size I started my career working for the largest seed corn production plant in North America at Dupont pioneer. I have learned the seed corn business on the growing side with managing seed corn fields and using my technology skills in GPSIng the seed corn fields. I now own my own farm named BootLeg Farms LLC. Which is a specailty crop farm.
