Ms. Kranti Mali Yoga therapist and consultant Education: 1) On successfully graduating in Psychology from the University of Mumbai, Kranti’s quest led her to enroll for the master course in Restorative Therapeutic Yoga at the Kabirbagh Research Centre, Pune. It was here that Kranti learnt through practical application, the key role Yoga plays in uniting the body, mind and soul for attaining holistic healing. 2) To further deepen her practice she went ahead to learn Yogic Science at the Bihar School of Yoga, Muger, Bihar. 3) she underwent Yoga Teachers Training at Yoga Vidya Niketan, Mumbai. 4) Her curiosity to have a better understanding of the science and art of healing propelled her to take up courses in Naturopathy, Accupuncture, Pranic Healing, Vipassana (Meditation), and Bhakti Shastri. Today, as a highly qualified and trained Yoga Therapist & Consultant, Kranti is providing high standard of Yoga Therapy to empower people in their journey of holistic healing. Career : 1) She was instrumental in setting up the ‘Wellness Medical Yoga Clinic’ at Bhaktivedanta Hospital & Research Institute in the year 2012. In 2014. 2) Kranti regularly conducts Yoga Camps in Mumbai and Pune for all age groups. 3) She has imparted Yoga Training at the Maharashtra Police Academy, Mumbai. 4) She has also trained corporate companies like Pfizer pharmaceuticals#, Mahindra and Mahindra#, Permanant Magnets Ltd, Zee Marathi Channel# 5)She also treat the patients of joint disorder like Arthritis, cervical spondylosis, Lumber spondylosis, Bamboo spine, slip disc, at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Govt hospital in Vashi, with this also treating lifestyle disorder like diabetes, hyper tension, IHD; psycological disorder like depression, Anxiety etc, women's problems like PCOD, PCOS, Thyroid etc. at Bhaktivedanta Hospital and research institute,Mira road. 6) She trains reputed colleges like Jamnalal Bajaj Institute Of management ( JBIMS),Aaditya college of interior design, Mumbai through on site as well as online yoga training to improve their studies. Awards and Recognition: 1) She was recognised and awarded for her selfless and consistant service in the field of Yoga by the world famous Yoga Guru Hon. Shri B. K. S. Iyengar. 2) Her Yoga session, exibition at UDAAN 2017 was highly appreciated by Chief Guest Mr. Madhukar Talwalkar –Director, Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Limited. Dedicated to restoring people back to health, Kranti continues her endeavour to spread awareness about Yoga - An invaluable gift of ancient Indian tradition to the world.
