About Kranti Teja Panda

I've always been drawn to the fascinating world of cybersecurity. It's like being a digital detective where every day presents new challenges to solve. My journey began over a decade ago when I started as a Network Security Engineer in India. That role opened my eyes to the importance of robust security measures in an increasingly digital world. Since then, I've built my career around fortifying networks and protecting sensitive information. Currently, I’m leading the cybersecurity efforts at Heartcentrix Solutions. Here, I've orchestrated the build-out of an enterprise cybersecurity framework during critical M&A integrations for major healthcare & Pharmaceutical providers. It's rewarding to know that my contributions help safeguard organizations while they navigate complex transitions. Before this role, I was at AARP for over six years where I piloted various network security programs that not only met but exceeded compliance standards by 20% each year. My time there taught me the value of aligning security practices with business objectives —something I carry into every project today. This experience reinforced my belief that proactive measures can create more resilient infrastructures. Outside work, I stay engaged with the community by advocating for cybersecurity education. Through workshops sharing knowledge is important to me because I believe everyone should understand how to protect themselves online.
