I am a Regulatory Affairs professional with a multidisciplinary background and hands-on experience in the food industry, currently supporting the Regulatory Affairs team at Give & Go Prepared Foods (Mondelēz International). I manage compliance for Canadian, U.S, and international markets, ensuring alignment with CFIA, FDA, and USDA regulations across product ingredients, formulations, labelling, and technical documentation. I hold a Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs from Northeastern University, where I gained comprehensive training in the regulatory frameworks governing pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, food and natural health products (NHPs). This academic foundation enables me to approach regulatory challenges with a broad perspective and a deep understanding of health product compliance across multiple sectors. My role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to drive regulatory accuracy throughout the product development lifecycle — from specification and allergen management to artwork and nutrition review.
