About Kripa Subramony

10 years of experience in Corporate, CSR and social sector. A hands-on professional with experience in process excellence to drive Continuous Improvements across all the levels in organisation, an eye for detail, analytical and data-oriented with logical problem-solving approach, develop and establish standard operating procedures. Previously worked with Citi Group and Teach for India in roles spanning data analysis, people management, stakeholder engagement, community upliftment, capacity building and mentoring people on a break to join in the mainstream workforce. My passion is to mentor individuals to achieve their goals. I am personally motivated to make learning joyful, for anyone. I am enlisted as a mentor on Teach for India platform for their fellows. Currently, I am Head Operations at eVidyaloka, and ensure quality learning for over children across 200+ rural and remotely located government schools in 10 states. I represent eVidyaloka and the cause we work towards on various forums in Mumbai and Pune.The most exciting part of my profession is getting to work with and learn from people, with diverse stakeholders, inspiring me further to make the world a better place for children, the future workforce of our nation.
