As a technical people leader with a proven track record in audio-visual (AV) integration, corporate events, collaboration, video production, and broadcast media, I translate visions into tangible technology solutions. Currently, my focus extends beyond managing a team of AV and Broadcast experts who deliver day-to-day projects and support. I am also leading the successful delivery of a Proof of Concept (PoC) for Google Gemini at TMX. AI has been a passion of mine, I am thrilled to lead this initiative. Notable projects include the TMX Market Centre, where I both championed the idea and oversaw the technical implementation of a world-class facility. I've also coordinated the relocation of all Canadian offices, acting as the Lead IT resource across all aspects, from budgeting to occupancy. My expertise encompasses a wide range of projects, from intimate huddle spaces to expansive 300-person meeting areas and one of the most technologically advanced boardrooms in the country. As an effective people manager, I prioritize developing and stretching skill sets, building connections, and fostering collaboration within my team to deliver consistent exceptional results. My responsibilities encompass all meeting room, video production, event, market open, broadcast, and related support solutions, ensuring that my team provides comprehensive and reliable support to our organization.
