About Kris Bello

Over the course of my professional life, I have enjoyed a diverse range of roles and taken on a rich catalogue of academic pursuits, whether in my teens working on the Monash Freeway with Fulton Hogan Ltd for the Victorian State government, working on my customer service skills at L.L.N Meats after school, learning how to multi-task while training staff in the hospitality industry at Global Skye Pty Ltd, while simultaneously completing my Certificate in Automotive Body Repairs (Panel Beater) at Chisholm Institute Dandenong and working full time at Vesper Village Smash Repairs (VVSR). VVSR is my current place of employment where I work as the Head Panel Beater and manager. This role has afforded me exposure to project-based work where I frequently manage multiple time-sensitive variables and stake holder’s needs to ensure quality control throughout the project cycle and timely execution of all deliverables. While working here full time I decided to further my studies and passion of nutrition at Deakin University, where I completed my Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Sciences which included subjects such as 'Sensory Evaluation','Diet and Disease','Food Policy Regulations','Nutrition and Food Promotion' and many more, as well as all pre-requisite subjects necessary to further complete a Masters of Dietetics for future endeavours where I completed two full time Biochemistry, Chemistry units and three Human Physiology units. While working and studying I found my own work experience at Casey Allied Health under the supervision of Natalie Logan in 2017, where I was privileged enough to observe consultations as well as refine the knowledge learned at Deakin. While undergoing all these jobs over the years I have learnt many of what I believe to be important skills, whether being able to listen to instructions to complete the best job possible while also maintaining safety precautions, splitting my focus towards multiple tasks enabling me to quickly notice what requires more attention then others, developed customer service skills where I was tasked to deal situations from financial transactions to customer complaints, as well as my most favourable skill in research where I may not always have the answers to a situation (to which I'm willing to admit), but I have certainly developed the skills needed to find them.
