Background

About Kris C. Beutel

Achieves Goals – Push for aggressive goals and push aggressively to exceed those goals. Where conflicts arise, issue will be raised with proposed solution if the solution requires outside support and if decisions need to be made to move forward, I will make them if others don’t. Flexible Worker – Does what it takes, whether in the job description or not, and works with other people and disciplines to assure that it is coordinated properly. Whether project, functional or process management, proposal writing, engineering, hands-on assembly, debug/diagnosis or reviewer roles and skills are required, if it needs to be done, it will get done. Learns Continually – Believe there is always something you can learn from anybody or any experience, not just the classroom and believe that you do that by establishing good communication to and from all levels of the organizations and people that you are dealing with. Tailored-Process Oriented – Makes the effort to meet the needs of processes while also meeting schedule, but recognizes that processes are a means to an end, not the end product. Intelligent adjustments to the particular situations are important.
