About Kris Carter

Integrity First, Service Before Self, Excellence in All We Do. These are the United States Air Force Core Values-Values with which I’ve proudly served over 24 years in uniform. I am Kris Carter and a residential real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Penfed Realty in Alexandria, VA. As a United States Air Force Officer, and through the ranks to Lieutenant Colonel, I have served as a Public Affairs Officer, Wing Executive Officer, C17 Globemaster Conversion Officer, Staff Judge Advocate and as an Inspector General. Whether I was speaking to the media on behalf of the United States Air Force as a Public Affairs Officer or seeking justice for fellow airmen under the Uniform Code of Military Justice as a judge advocate, my duties required integrity, service and excellence. Those core values remain with me as your real estate agent. A home is one of your biggest investments. The decision to buy or sell is life-changing and can be stressful regardless of your stage in life. As your agent, I will guide you through every phase of the transaction and offer you complete services including Relocation, Mortgage Services, Title & Settlement Services, and Home Warranty. Contact me today for a no obligation consultation of how I can assist you with all of your real estate needs.
