About Kris Childs

16 years in the automotive industry. It sounds like a lot of experience, it's nowhere enough. When I started selling cars while in college, it was a sink or swim mentality. So for the longest time that's what I only knew. I would spend my down time cramming my mind with every piece of knowledge I could find. It didn't matter if it was leasing, closes, finance, relationship lending or any other "car term" you can think of, I studied and perfected. Several years later, It became clear that learning from others is not a sign of weakness but a sign of maturity. So now I act as a sponge to anything and everything that I see can be beneficial in my career. Who am I? Depends. If we're on the same team, I'm the guy who sacrifices everything for the success of the team. I'm the guy who never isolates himself with the success and always promotes the team. If your the competition, I'm the guy you want to go to battle with, I'm the guy you wish your guy acted like, I'm the guy who praises you for the great job you did even when deep down he knows you know coming in second wasn't your goal. Lastly, I'm the guy your guy has to be and will stop at nothing to be to beat me. You can't give 100% and expect success, sometimes 100% isn't enough. Sometimes you have to do what's required! And that might just be more than 100%!
