While I am stilI working for Comcast Cable in the billing dept. I have also started my own business of investing for personal gains. I may continue to work for Comcast for some years until I am confident enough to break out on my own and become a day trader. That is my dream, but for now I continue to work with proprietary software companies for the last 16 years in the customer service field. I am one (1) of eighty two (82) grandchildren and being very close, as well as working with global clients successfully and confidently for years, means I embrace differences in people and appreciate changes in life. I am a people person with a heightened sense of compassion for others and the ability to listen carefully, respectfully and accurately. I have great computer skills and am a quick learner. I come with a customer service background as I truly enjoy helping others and making a difference in the lives of others as well as myself.
