About Kris Coppock

Five Talents partners with supporters, including philanthropists and wealth advisors, business owners and companies, family foundations and charitable trusts. Together, we help women in rural communities in east and central Africa to become literate and to start profitable businesses. Through these businesses, women are able to feed and educate their children, access healthcare, build homes and invest in land. Their confidence grows, and many women become leaders in their community and church. Our supporters like that we're a small development charity making a significant, practical and measurable difference by partnering with the Anglican church - because there's a church in almost every rural community. They also like that we're highly relational; working together, we empower communities through cost-effective programmes that are self- sustaining within 3-5 years, and we have the data to show how effective they are.
