Throughout my career, I have excelled in conducting comprehensive risk assessments at all levels. Whether it's facilitating risk assessments, conducting audits, or developing Safety, Health, and Management Systems (SHMS). But it doesn't stop there! I also have a passion for staff training, coaching, and mentoring. I believe in empowering individuals to take ownership of their safety and well-being, and I thoroughly enjoy providing high-quality advice and guidance to help them succeed.
