About Kris Garza

I am a Project Management and Technology Executive with a strategic outlook and vision that energizes and brings clarity to those I work with. My team and I are responsible for setting up, integrating, and managing all data in and out of our current IT applications, such as Oracle, Salesforce, and SharePoint. I bring various skills to my team within my new role, such as a project management element, in which I am PMP certified. This was drastically lacking from the current IT structure and allows us to deliver our projects successfully to the C-Suite Level Executive team. I also bring a breadth of knowledge from a strategy and process creation standpoint, as I am lean six sigma certified and have been responsible leading various P & Ls across multiple different industries. I excel at creating a vision and strategy and getting people excited to execute and take action on it I am a very dynamic and skilled individual and leader, which has afforded me the opportunity to utilize my skills through various functions, manage many diverse teams, and lead multimillion-dollar projects due to my deep love and understanding of process design, my ability to connect with other and my effectiveness in influencing and leading cross-functional teams on highly visible project initiatives.
