I’m a pastor and parent of seven, I’m driven to create spaces where people can remember their worth, tell their stories, and find a place where they belong. I do this through coaching, youth ministry, and working with teams and organizations who want to make a difference. I mix spiritual practices, trauma-informed care, and creative strategies to help folks and groups grow with purpose, heal what’s hurting, and build systems that move humanity forward. I desire to walk alongside people in their struggles and joys, helping them find hope and resilience that lasts beyond the moment. For Individuals & Families I offer spiritual direction and soul care for individuals and families seeking: • Support through life transitions • Guidance for parenting LGBTQ+ or neurodivergent teens • Tools for family routines, boundaries, and connection • Healing through contemplative practices and progressive faith • Space to reclaim joy, rest, and identity Grounded, compassionate support—rooted in psychology, theology, and real-life rhythms. For Faith Communities & Youth Ministries I support churches and youth leaders in creating inclusive, mentally healthy, and spiritually grounded ministries through: • Trauma-informed curriculum design • Volunteer training & support • Leadership coaching for youth-focused teams • Programs that honor questions, doubt, and identity exploration Grounded in both church and secular youth work—including foster care, neurodiverse mentoring, and house church leadership. Rooted in real community and the needs of today’s youth. For Mission-Driven Teams & Nonprofits I help care-based businesses, HR teams, and nonprofits build people-centered, purpose-driven systems through: • Ethical hiring practices • Burnout prevention • Streamlined internal operations • Clear, mission-aligned communication • Strong, connected team culture Over 10 years’ experience in social services and team leadership.
