About Kris Kelpis

I've spent the bulk of my life in the first half of my life. I proudly served 25 1/2 years in the United States Air Force, with four war-time deployments in my rear-view mirror. In my quest for continued service to country after retirement, I began my current employment with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Intermixed throughout, and in my continued thirst for knowledge, I finished my Baccalaureate degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, two Associates degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, and most recently, my Master's degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. My mind is a kaleidoscope of my interests as I've aged - wide and varied - making most subjects fascinating to me. Throughout the course of completing my Master's degree, I discovered the cathartic effects of penning hundreds of research papers. I discovered a love/hate relationship with writing that balanced well with my quest for continued knowledge and the creativity that lives within the depths of my soul. A professor in one of my undergraduate classes on Ginsberg scored one of my papers an "A++"​, stating that my writing style was "unconventional and refreshing"; one of the best compliments I have ever received!
