With over 25 years of experience in Program/Project Management, Cybersecurity, IT Security, and Business Development, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams through complex challenges, driving innovation, and delivering results. My career journey has been shaped by a commitment to the core principles of leadership, including John Maxwell’s Five Levels of Leadership and 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, as well as John Wooden’s emphasis on “Leadership is not about being in charge, it's about taking care of those in your charge.” These principles are the foundation of my approach, and I strive to create environments where team members not only excel in their roles but truly enjoy the work they do. For me, leadership is about building relationships, fostering trust, and bringing positive energy to the workplace – something I’m passionate about as a culture carrier and a champion for company culture. As a change agent with a people-focused management style, I am constantly assessing processes to ensure we’re optimizing for both efficiency and engagement. I understand the importance of aligning vision with action, and I work tirelessly to create a culture where each team member feels valued and connected to our shared goals.
