About Kris Li

I’m a multi-skilled individual who is experienced in project management, digital technology, customer experience design, and business analysis. I have 8 years of experience enjoying roles across eCommerce, app development, agile digital environment, product development and implementation, and human-centered design. Currently working in a unique space in Optus where all initiative filters through our team, and we assess the desirability, viability, and feasibility of the solution. Our purpose is to challenge assumptions, pivot the solution, assess impact across different channels/projects, and convert information to a consumable output for the build team to pick up and complete. Our team of 5 looks at a multitude of areas in Optus including different products/services, digital and assisted channels, and customer segments. This team requires me to wear different hats, learn different initiatives fast, and context switch between different programs. I am passionate about getting things done and fuelled by working on complex problems. I bring together amazing problem solvers, then test big assumptions to eliminate uncertainties. My approach is to design for the north star, break it down into milestones and prioritize must-have features based on reality. It’s a winning combo to have the creativeness to design for the future and understand how to get it done.
