About Kris Mindes
As a child, I wanted to be a teacher, some say I felt the leadership skills and I feel I always wanted to help people grow. As I entered adulthood, I quickly realized that I didn't want a career in teaching but I would pursue a career in management. During my tenure, I stumbled upon a role that brought out my pure passion, helping people. I was able to not only develop, manage and maintain a top performing team but we were providing services that were critical to populations that needed transportation benefits. I spent the last 10+ years learning everything there is to know about transportation. Primarily in the NEMT space but I have also had focus on Paratransit and fixed routes in the last few years.I am excited for the endless opportunities and I have, in a round about way, found my role in Business Development. I am not focused on working with other businesses that are in need to improve, expand or decrease cost.
