I am a seasoned professional with 27+ years of corporate leadership and project management experience in various sectors. Most recently, I worked as the Managing Director/Director of Production with Bluecadet. Under my leadership, I oversaw the day-to-day operations of a studio with up to 75 employees, which included oversight of the Finance Operations, People Ops, Project Management, Creative and Development teams. In this role, I developed and implemented an updated strategic direction for the studio, built dashboards to monitor company health and cashflow, and created revenue and pipeline reporting to forecast how the company was performing compared to goals. In addition, I liaised with senior leadership, stakeholders, and a variety of teams to ensure the company’s project support structure was driving the business forward with minimal expenditures.
