About Kris Nagy

I'm currently with Caterpillar Safety Services. This is Caterpillar's consulting arm. My position is marketing promoting and selling consulting services to Cat Dealers, Contractors, Miners and Manufacturers. Prior to this role, for the past 20 years, I was in the field at Caterpillar working with dealers to achieve their annual business plan. I did this by supporting and guiding their efforts and was responsible for managing a $1M annual budget. I was also responsible for the management and execution of Cat’s marketing efforts for the trade association, American Society of Concrete Contractors [ASCC] As of 2024 I am on the ASCC Board of Directors. I am passionate about the construction industry, safety and winning. Parallel to my paid career is 33 years as a First Responder operating as a professional in law enforcement, heavy rescue tech, EMT and the last 23 years as a firefighter, engineer and lieutenant. All positions were volunteer. My Average annual training and professional development hours are 300+.
