About Kris P.
I’m a third-year Kinesiology student at McMaster University with a growing interest in metabolic health, chronic illness, and translational medicine. Through a mix of academic and clinical experiences, I’ve developed a strong curiosity about how research can drive innovation in patient care, especially for those living with chronic conditions. Spending time in clinical and research environments has helped me apply what I learn in the classroom to impact in the real-world. It has also strengthened my motivation to contribute to meaningful change in healthcare. Outside of research, I’m interested in entrepreneurship and creative solutions that address everyday challenges in the health space. Check out some of my projects below!
