I am an executive leader with 15+ years of transformational leadership experience, scaling multi-unit businesses, driving double-digit growth, and guiding teams to deliver exceptional results in the wellness, beauty, and consumer care industries. My leadership style is rooted in people-first principles: engaging, challenging, and inspiring teams to realize their full potential. I approach challenges with a strategic, collaborative mindset, backed by strong financial and operational acumen, and I am relentless in turning vision into measurable results. By inviting diverse perspectives and embracing innovation, I’ve successfully navigated restructures, built high-performing teams, and driven sustained revenue growth in competitive markets. I bring expertise in business strategy, P&L management, customer experience design, organizational change, and talent development. Whether scaling new ventures or optimizing existing operations, I align people, process, and performance to unlock long-term value. Above all, I measure success not only in revenue growth and operational outcomes, but in the leaders I develop and the cultures I help shape. Contact: tiffanykparks@gmail.com | 347-933-2497
