About Kris Pensaert

My career spans over 25 years at the crossroads of technology and sustainability. I started my career at the worldwide leader in vacuum technology, where I learned to drive commercial growth in global industrial markets. I then spent almost a decade in smart home and building technologies, co-founding and scaling a company that developed solutions to make homes and buildings smarter, introduced innovations in assisted living and advanced energy management. For the past six years, I have been leading in e-mobility, building MobilityPlus into a leading player in charging and smart energy services. As Co-CEO of MobilityPlus, I share overall leadership of the company, driving both strategy and execution. Over the past five years, we scaled from 3 to 85 people and established MobilityPlus as a key player in e-mobility, delivering long-term value for customers and shareholders alike. As a member of the Board of Directors, I bridge strategic vision with operational execution, ensuring alignment between long-term goals and day-to-day impact. I am an energetic, hands-on leader who leads by example. Driven by curiosity and a strong growth mindset, I thrive in dynamic environments where scaling, commercialisation and transformation are key.
