About Kris Perez

As a Customer Service Manager at Trader Joe's, one of America's favorite retail grocery stores, I have over 11 years of experience in leading, motivating, and training a team of 135 employees to deliver excellent service and quality goods to our customers. I also oversee the sales activities of our store, which generates $48 million a year in revenue. With taking on a new position as Assistant Boutique Manager for the Nespresso boutique at the Westfield Mall in La Jolla, I lead a “Brand” team in making sure our store not only looks amazing, but is inviting and welcoming to new clients. I will gratefully use my years of experience at Trader Joe’s to expand on that at the La Jolla boutique. My core competencies include growth marketing, team motivation, and customer relations building. I leverage these skills to attract and retain loyal customers, increase customer satisfaction and referrals, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment. My mission is to provide exceptional value and convenience to our customers while supporting the company's vision and values.
