After an almost 15 year Career with Silpada Designs, the company shut its doors Aug 1st I had been a leader and in top sales in a company of over Independent Reps, building a team of over 300 Reps with achieved annual sales of 2.1 million at our high point. My goal had always been one of continual growth and offering the opportunity.I'd achieved all incentives offered by company-expense-paid trip each year, Leadership Conference, Sterling Club, Career Sales Award in plus personal retail sales) and Career Recruiter Award (50 or more personal recruits) in '09. Promoted to Sterling Manager Rank in September 2013. I was awarded Manager of the Year Company-wide for 2015 as well as #1 in the U.S for Top Organizational Growth. I loved mentoring and leading my team to success!
