About Kris Roldan

As a quick learner, new challenges in the workplace are invigorating. Determined and ambitious, there is no challenge in the workplace I am unwilling to tackle and resolve with efficiency and quality in mind. I began my career at Publix Super Markets, Inc, and worked my way up to become a Pharmacy Technician. As Publix was my first job, the values they taught me are ingrained in me forever: premier customer service, detail-oriented, integrity, and time management. Once I graduated cum laude from the University of South Florida in June 2016, I took those values to Ford Motor Credit Company. As I worked through the college graduate program, I fine-tuned my negotiation and conflict resolution skills in numerous positions. More important than the values I have, is the passion I feel for helping others. Whenever the opportunity presents itself, I am ecstatic to assist my team members and any new trainees. To top it all off, maintaining a positive work environment is paramount to the success of any corporate culture. Having fun and working hard go hand-in-hand for the style I bring.
