As CEO and president of An’s Gelato in San Diego, I lead a team that has grown from a single shop with 10 team members in 2018 to five unique locations and over 100 team members ranging from seasoned culinary professionals to rising stars, all held to the highest standards of quality and service. Over the years, we’ve expanded thoughtfully to include An’s Dry Cleaning (our flagship), An’s Hatmakers in Del Mar, An’s Athletic Field Services inside America's #1 ballpark - Petco Park, and An’s Electronics Repair in Ocean Beach—all built with intention, community spirit and creativity We’re proud to be twice—and counting—voted Best Ice Cream (Gelato) Shop in America by USA Today’s 10Best, earning the top spot two years running and consistently ranking in the national top 10. Our success stems from small‑batch, made‑from‑scratch gelato using high‑quality, local ingredients, with imaginative, rotating “fabric‑inspired” flavors like Leather (brown butter + brookie), Canvas (olive oil† rosemary), Velour (salt· caramel· chocolate cone), Straw Hat (mango· passionfruit), and more. My background in hospitality management spans 15+ years, giving me deep experience in brand strategy, product innovation, competitive positioning, financial oversight, and team leadership. I’ve applied that foundation to build An’s unique identity—bringing together culinary creativity, storytelling, and exceptional customer experiences.
