Wharf Properties specialises in the development of run-down properties, bringing these up to the ceiling price of the area and adding value to make a safe, substantial and timely return for our investors. We source properties on and off market that would meet our Investment Criteria, whether that be Buy to Let, Buy Refurbish Refinance or Buy Refurbish & Sell. Through our model we offer our investors a hands-free method to invest in property, which far exceeds the returns from alternate investment streams, does not tie up our clients' money as bonds do, and can work as a passive income stream to provide more cash in your pocket. Commercial Building & Land Sourcing Wharf Properties has taken its sourcing strategy to the next level, with a keen interest in larger projects and new builds, to maximise profits, we transferred our sourcing strategies to sourcing Commercial Buildings and Land suitable for development. We have been able to do this with my business partner & Architectural Technologist Kevin Kennedy, we shared a similar passion for bringing larger commercial building back to life and releasing far more equity from the development leaving no money left in. Kennedy & Watson Developments can help make our Investors much greater returns than single dwelling BTL properties or flips. We help Building/landowners, Investors and ourselves create value and high returns through creative strategies, either sourcing development opportunities for you to develop out yourself, or we can work in partnership to create a highly profitable portfolio, profit on GDV, high % rate of return or a mixture.
