With expansive experience in A&D, technology, and manufacturing environments, I have a reputation for driving Lean supply chain transformation, stakeholder value, and operational excellence. I excel at navigating business relationships to ensure stakeholder alignment. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: Built key supply chain functions and teams, including supply chain cyber risk management, integrated indirect technology, IT infrastructure sourcing strategy office, and indirect supply chain center of excellence (ISC CoE). Partnered with industry-leading companies, cultivating supplier relationships across sales, operations, and customer enablement at AWS, Google, Dell, Microsoft, SAP, HPE, Cisco, Accenture, McKinsey, Honeywell, ServiceNow, HCLTech, Fairmarkit, Cirtuo, TCS, and many others. Established a best practice at Boeing by pioneering the Talent Pipeline Recruiting program, now called the Boeing Rotational Development Program (RDP). Led strategic initiatives focused on right sourcing and strategic sourcing strategy transformation. Negotiated Boeing's largest Indirect IT contract since 1995, achieving savings of ~$1B. I attribute much of my success, resilience, and problem-solving abilities to my upbringing. I grew up on a remote family farm in Washington state and worked on the farm until high school, returned as I supported myself through college. I am grateful for the many lessons and skills learned, especially the importance of relationship-building, collaboration, and community. I keep this in mind as I lead and mentor teams.
