Responsible for designing and delivering drug safety solution based on the requirement of health authorities -PMDA(Japan),NMPA (China), MFDS(South Korea). Successfully managed to develop a new market (China and Korea) for the drug safety suite of products- managing the aspects of planning, design and development of the solution. Led the Industry Standard Platform initiative for Japan and China – in partnership with the Pharmaceutical organizations and CROs (an approach to develop an external network of industry experts) to provide off the shelf Industry standard configuration to reduce the total cost of ownership. Managed the automation aspect of the drug safety processing for Japan Pharmaceutical companies – thereby reducing the overall safety case processing effort. Developed and implemented regional go-to-market plan, overseeing inter departmental activities to execute plans. Conducted workshops on the best practices and processes with the pharmaceutical companies and CROs and implemented them for better compliance, quality and productivity.
