I am a dedicated educator with a Master's degree in English Literature and over three years of hands-on teaching experience, working with the children of the Sundarbans. My work has focused on building foundational literacy skills while also nurturing Social, Emotional, and Ethical Learning (SEEL) among students from marginalized backgrounds. With a strong understanding of the National Education Policy (NEP) and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF), I am committed to child-centered, inclusive education. I actively engage in identifying learning gaps and developing innovative strategies to address them. My approach emphasizes reflective teaching, collaboration with communities, and continuous learning to ensure meaningful educational experiences for all students.
