Being in human resource profession, my job involves people and that’s what I love about my job! As a recruiter I am working to help people find their desired job and help organizations build amazing workforce. Throughout my life I have developed the art of being able to communicate with anyone at any given time. From joining debates, to studying internal and external communication, to working with different people that allow me to interact efficiently, I have learnt that effective communication is at the core of any successful professional. I specialize in Technical (IT) recruitment for global companies. I have experience in the whole recruitment cycle, talent acquisition, client management, career development and assessment centre. I have gained experience working with a recruitment agency as well as an in-house recruiter, HR generalist and promoted to an HR Manager within the organization. With my ability to build strong relationships, great communication skills, passion for candidate care and years of experience in sourcing, I succeeded in attracting and hiring great talent for some of the tech giants in the UK. I have developed a passion for not only being the voice of those that cannot communicate for themselves, but also helping them communicate their value to hiring managers.
