From Dec 2020 to Jan 2023: I join DMD & Co. as an Article assistant. I learn many key responsibilities as- Documentation and Compliance- Written & Verble communication- Financial Accounting- Taxation- Audit and Assurance- Submissions to Revenue Authorities - Client Interaction- Professional Development. This role offered me a dynamic learning environment where I gained exposure to diverse aspects of accounting and finance. From May 2023 to Oct 2023: I worked as an Accountant Executive at Pratham EPC Projects Pvt Ltd. My responsibilities encompassed a wide range of financial activities, contributing to the overall fiscal health and compliance of the organization, such as- Maintained the general ledger and regular reconciliations of account - Managed Accounts Payable and Receivable - Utilized accounting software (Tally Prime, SAP ERP) for bookkeeping and financial reporting - Payroll Processing and maintained records of employee compensation payments - Budgeting and Forecasting - Ensured compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external tax advisors when necessary - Prepared reports for management to support decision-making processes - Liaised with Internal and external auditors From Nov 2023 to till date: I joined Shivansh Infosys (Prop. Mehulbhai Patel) as a finance and accounting professional with hands-on experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and tax compliance. In my current role, I handle journal entries, vendor & employee payments, GST & TDS filings, and month-end closures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. I have worked extensively with Tally Prime, SAP ERP, and Excel, performing bank & credit card reconciliations, preparing compliance reports, and assisting with audits. My ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and maintain financial accuracy allows me to contribute effectively to any finance team. I am always eager to enhance my knowledge, implement process improvements, and optimize financial operations to drive business efficiency.
