I work closely with leadership teams to embed a culture of ethics, fairness, and zero tolerance for misconduct.My operational background includes deep expertise in sales and operations management of CNG retail outlets and the distribution of natural gas to industrial, commercial, and domestic segments. I focus on driving strategic initiatives that enhance profitability, optimise costs, boost operational efficiency, and elevate customer experience across all touchpoints.Previously, I headed the entire CGD business for IGL in the geographical areas of Kanpur and Banda—covering Kanpur, Fatehpur, Hamirpur, Banda, Chitrakoot, and Mahoba—where I led expansion, strengthened operational systems, ensured regulatory compliance, and delivered consistent growth.I am results-oriented, performance-driven, and committed to leading with integrity, strategic clarity, and long-term value creation for all stakeholders.
