Conducting good quality concrete mix designs as per site requirement. • Conducting for day to day inspection of raw materials finishing activities as per relevant codes and specification. • Progress Monitoring through DPR. • Monitoring the progress and Quality work of the Project. • Maintaining all laboratory equipment in conforming condition. • Controlling the Quality of concrete at Batching Plant as well as in the field. • Controlling the Quality of blanket material at Pug Mill. • selection of soils and other construction materials (Exploration of Quarries) to make use of proper material in the construction • Conducting blanket trail mix as per site material. • Preparation of Compaction Trail Patch of various bed Layers. • Calibration of all lab equipment, Batching Plant as per QAP/ITP. • Maintaining all records & documents as per ISO:9001 Standard • Maintaining Approved and consume Quantities of materials. • Maintaining testing summary of materials by hard and soft copies. • Preparation of Monthly Progress Report. • Submitting letters to client for approvals of material. • Co-ordinate with Execution team for good Quality of work. • Submission of RFIs to PMC & update the progress to client. • Preparation & Updating all Lab data for External and internal audits.
