I am CISA certified and bring over 7+ years of extensive experience in the domains of risk-based IT audit, technology risk, and information security.I previously worked with Deloitte Middle East & India firms, primarily based in their Dubai & Pune offices respectively. During my tenure, I actively contributed to numerous IT audit & advisory engagements spanning diverse sectors, including retail, banking and manufacturing. My expertise extends to understanding critical business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), payroll processes, as well as supply chain management system processes and associated risks and evaluating business automated controls (ITACs).I also hold valuable experienceg gained as part of the Global Technology Assurance team at HSBC India. This role involved participation in various banking reviews, including SWIFT reviews, OCC reviews, and IT SOX compliance and PCAOB standards.Additionally, I possess proficiency in scoping IT applications for audit purposes and executing the implementation of GITC controls based on the SOX 404 framework during my tenure at Exela Technologies. I worked with Dubai based conglomerate industry Al Khayyat Investments (majorly in healthcare, retail and distribution) in their Group Internal Audit department. My role was diverse contributing to IT audit program planning, IT and compliance risk assessment, running IT audit annual plan and supporting operational audit engagements. Furthermore, I have extended strong support to business in evaluating and drafting data privacy strategies based on UAE PDP law.
