With a diploma in sales management and over 15 years of work experience in business development and corporate security, I have successfully acquired and onboarded multiple properties and partners, ensuring high occupancy and retention rates, as well as compliance with quality and safety standards. I have also managed and mentored a team of regional sales managers, business development executives, and operations staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction. My core competencies include strategic planning, market research, contract negotiation, relationship management, and revenue generation. I am passionate about creating affordable, comfortable, and secure living spaces for students and young professionals, and contributing to Stanza Living's mission of redefining the concept of co-living in India.
