About Krishna Koundinya

I help entrepreneurs and innovators solve problems and achieve their goals. I have more than 12 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Osmania University Hyderabad. I am a founding member of Nine Advisory an Australian business advisory firm for its Indian operations leg. My core competencies include accounting business analysis flux analysis financial modeling strategic thinking cloud accounting software management reporting budgeting cash flow management investment planning tax planning strategic planning and mentoring. I have expertise in startup coaching international business and recruitment. I have worked with PKF Sydney a leading accounting and advisory firm for four years managing accounts worth $500 000 per month and delivering accurate financials timely and consistently. I have also worked onsite in Australia for six months between 2015 and 2023 learning and appreciating the global way of doing business. I am passionate about giving back to the industry and society by sharing my knowledge training the people and helping people overcome challenges. I have interacted with more than 2000 applicants in the last seven years during the recruitment process and have been part of the onboarding process. I love challenging the status quo and believe in karma. I am also an artist by hobby and an Indian by soul.I am also pursuing Karate Shotokan style and hold Black Belt. A new feather in the cap is being added as a certified BRSR from ICAI. So I believe ESG reporting integrated with FP&A helps me to craft a role in helping organizations navigate through crisis management and its operational and financial implications resulting in value creation for key stakeholders (customers employees investors society) the planet as well as the organization itself.
