Issue/Risk Management, Reporting to upper management the status of the transition projects, this should include Red & Amber reporting, escalating issues that need management focus. Managing the transition projects as per requirements of the process, checkpoints and templates. Create and update project plan, KT plan, SOW, DOU, Issue and Risk register, Exit criteria, etc. •Successfully implemented multiple transformation projects to achieve target end state solution. Some of the transformation initiative that I have worked on are Service desk implementation, tools deployment, Implement IT security policy, Datacenter relocation, server build and data center consolidation, etc. •Good understanding of ITIL V3 lifecycles and Processes Certifications : PMP, ITIL Expert, Cloud Advisory Certification, SCSA, SCNA, CCNA, MCSE (NT)
