With a rich background in Lean Healthcare and extensive experience in NHS as a senior clinician and healthcare projects, I am a seasoned professional committed to enhancing healthcare quality and patient experience. My journey has seen me manage complex improvement programmes, integrating a variety of stakeholders and care partners. I have a strong track record in delivering programmes and projects, leading to significant improvements in large NHS and Social Enterprise organisations. My approach unifies these projects under a common lean framework, ensuring consistent, sustainable outcomes in Quality and Efficiency. As a proactive and enthusiastic leader, I possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, which have been instrumental in my success. My role as a Clinical Safety Officer and deputy Chief Clinical Information Officer at Locala, along with my active participation in the EDI Steering Group, Disability Equality Network, and Race and Equality Network, reflects my commitment to inclusivity and collaboration in healthcare. I am also honoured to serve as an elected staff side member of the Locala Member Council, advocating for colleagues and ensuring their voices contribute to our organisational direction.
